Annotation

The manual presents therapeutic technique developed by a team of Russian scientific center of rehabilitation and physical therapy. Their differentiated application in obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower limbs has a pronounced therapeutic effect. There are determined the indications and contraindications for their use.

The manual is intended for physicians: physiotherapists, health resort. It can be used in medical institutions of practical public health, at resorts, sanatoriums.

Destination

1.I-III stage of obliterating atherosclerosis of lower limbs, in the presence of spastic component (according to the RVG).
2.Concomitant venous and lymphatic insufficiency of the lower limbs.
3.I-II stage of leg’s ischemia. The impact on segmental technique - on the area of the lumbar sympathetic ganglia in order to achieve the effect of vasodilating and disclosure of non-functioning collaterals.
4.Local impact on the shin and the foot is recommended at infringement of blood circulation (I stage).

Contraindications

1.Tendency to bleeding.
2.Individual intolerance.
3.General contraindications for physiotherapy.
4.General contraindications for manual therapy.
