This course is aimed at adapting of your body to sports, yoga, various types of fitness. In the process of passing health course by reflex action on the ligament-muscular structure of the body, neuromuscular conductivity is improved; the muscle and vascular spasms are leaving; adaptation to stress, physical and emotional overload increases. The tension in the vertebral-motor segments eliminates, strengthening ligament-muscular system, activated by reflex muscle relationships and tissue metabolism improved. Inclusion to techniques the breathing exercises helps to restore proper breathing, which eases the execution of aerobic exercise: running, walking, training on simulators, swimming. The body stamina increases during exercise due to the complex training effect. You will be drawn up an individual training protocol taking into account the already used your physical activities and all sorts of ways of health improvement, carried out the selection of the most effective methods for rapid recovery and self-maintain your health.

The duration of each course is 9 sessions in total (3 weeks, 3 sessions per week). Each session lasts from 20 to 30 minutes.

Before this course starts, you would get general consulting and diagnostic medical examination which includes: initial inspection & assessment of the state of your body.

During this course you receive training in self-correction and self-regulation.

On completion of this course, the condition of your body will be re-estimated, and you will get recommendations for the self-maintenance of achieved results.
